Why don't I come here more? I'm never disappointed. In fact, I'm impressed again! Service was the perfect amount of friendly, informative, efficient but not rushed. -Skinny scratch margarita- fresh and light! -they have an Old fashioned on the specialty drink menu and it's served with crème de cacao (chocolate). We are big Old Fashioned people and this drink with a twist of chocolate was fun! So glad we tried it!! -roasted veggie enchilada verde- 2 smaller portions enchiladas with rice, and beans . Perfection!! - hubs loved the pork chop and he never orders pork chops! I'm happy we landed a booth in the bar but I wish the seats were padded. They are quite uncomfortable. I can't wait to go back!!

I came here on Friday for lunch & had a good experience. I've probably been five or so times over the last 15 years. You know what you're getting from Azul. The Chicken Fajitas are solid, not exceptional. I did like the corn dip appetizer. My lady's Caesar fit the bill. Always good service & a clean space.

2nd time was just as great! Got the chimmichurri chicken & fruit bowl. Both were insanely delicious, as well as the chips and salsa. Alyssa our server was wonderful! Can't wait to come back again :)

Upbeat atmosphere with Mex- world vibe, incredibly friendly service, fresh & delicious, lots of GF and DF options. A step above your normal Mex restaurant with a reasonably priced menu. Would highly recommend.

Azul is one of the best places to eat in Mill Creek town center. I have yet to try a single thing there that I didn't like. From the carne asada, to the Caribbean chicken salad. The blackened fish tacos, to the carnitas. The chimichurri chicken, to the habanero shrimp enchiladas. You name it, it's good. But I wanted to focus on a few things they do exceptionally well. Their bottomless chips and salsa stands out from the average chips and salsa. Their salsa is a garlicky, fire roasted salsa, with the perfect amount of heat. You can also order some to-go if you can't get enough. The happy hour is full of a ton of delicious apps and cheap house margs. I like to get the blackened fish tacos. They have a killer firewater margarita that is my favorite spicy marg in the area (not on happy hour). And then there's the brunch. I don't know why I never hear Azul's name mentioned with "best brunches around", but it's our personal favorite. The chorizo benedict is my recommendation. I think I've covered half the menu here, but I've always received excellent service here as well. We've been at least a few dozen times and have never had a single issue.

We've come here a bunch of times now for dinner and had a good experience each time. It can get pretty busy here so be prepared for a wait on the weekends. Their chips and salsa are great - and bottomless which is even better. The salsa tastes homemade and has the perfect amount of spice. I've tried a number of different items on the menu including the fajitas, chicken pasta, carne asada and the surf and turf. The carne asada is my favorite and is always delicious and tender. The flavor of it is amazing and I really recommend getting it. I'm not a fan of the mashed potatoes so I usually sub out the Spanish rice which they have no trouble accommodating. Service is typically friendly and the food comes out pretty quick even if the place is busy. Definitely stop by here if you're craving some Mexican food!

I've been to Azul a few times and had their happy hour and dinner! Great assortment of Mexican dishes. Came here for drinks recently! Tried their Guavarita and it's the right amount of guava + margarita haha. Complimentary chips and salsa. Their a sister restaurant to Indigo Kitchen near Fred Meyer in Lynnwood up the hill.

Top notch salsa and chips. It's really the simple things that bring me so much pleasure. I could eat just the salsa and chips for a whole meal. You get one set of salsa and chips as complementary for the table. Their happy hour menu had really good deals. I got the guacamole and chips and the blackened fish tacos. I found the fish tacos to be a little disappointing because they were under seasoned and lack in flavor, though everything was cooked well. However, Salsa made up for it so I just lathered the salsa on my tacos. I definitely want to go back to try other things on the menu. Definitely want to take advantage of their happy hour items. Service was fast and friendly. Ambience was lively and even though it was early dinner the place was already full. There is a parking lot and I was lucky to find a spot out front.
